I believe in bringing out the best in people and helping teams perform — that’s what I’ve stood for over the past 14 years. As a bridge between leadership and the floor, I help growing companies align business growth with team performance. I worked on three continents and for leading (LinkedIn, Indeed, SD Worx…) & growing companies (huapii, Responsum…), which lets me combine global insight with a strong, hands-on approach.
I believe a company only truly grows when its people grow with it. With that in mind, I’ve spent more than 11 years building strong teams: attracting people, helping them grow, and building a culture where they feel at home. I worked in different countries & companies of different sizes (Hays, Gumption Group, Envalior, Lanxess, Obelisk…), and use that experience to guide growing companies — from strategic choices to the day-to-day work.
